Algae Extract - Algae extract is mixture of various species of Seaweed in a base of glycerine. Algae extract nourishes the skin & hair with vitamins and minerals and protects the skin from anti-oxidant stress. It also has wrinkle prevention properties and hydrates the skin. It is a colourless, odourless, viscous liquid. It is water soluble.

Aloe Vera Leaf Extract - Aloe Vera is great medicine for the skin. It soothes, nourishes, hydrates and helps to regenerate new skin tissue. It keeps skin flexible by giving oxygen to the cells – which in turn increases the strength and synthesis of skin tissue. It forms a protective barrier around achy and sore joints and muscles. Has a very cooling effect on inflammations. It used for treating various skin conditions – burns, inflammations, wounds.

Apricot Kernel Oil - Apricot Kernel Oil is a great base oil, allowing essential oils to spread much easier on the skin. It is light and unlike some oils that remain on the surface of the skin, apricot kernel oil is readily absorbed without leaving a greasy residue. It contains Vitamin A and E, soothes the skin, and puts moisture back into dehydrated skin relieving dryness and itchiness. It’s very good for protects sensitive skin.

Aqua - Water is used in the formulation of virtually every type of cosmetic and personal care product. It can be found in lotions, creams, bath products, cleansing products, deodorants, makeup, moisturizers, oral hygiene products, personal cleanliness products, skin care products, shampoo, hair conditioners, shaving products, and suntan products. Water is primarily used as a solvent in cosmetics and personal care products in which it dissolves many of the ingredients that impart skin benefits, such as conditioning agents and cleansing agents. Water is also used to form emulsions in which the oil and water components of the product are combined to form creams and lotions. These are sometimes referred to as oil-in-water emulsions or as water-in-oil depending on the ratios of the oil phase and water phase. The quality of water used in the production of cosmetics and personal care products, called process water, is monitored according to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Argan Oil - Argan Oil is pressed from the nut of the fruit of the Argan Tree. This tree is only found in a limited area in Morocco, and because of this the oil is quite rare. The Argan tree grows to about 35 feet tall and lives to be about 150 – 200 years old and does not start producing the fruit until it is 30 – 50 years old.

A mountain goat, called the Tamri goat, eats the fruit of the Argan tree. The goats climb the tree to get to the nut and sometimes a lot of goats can be in one tree at the same time.

The goat’s droppings, with the seed completely undigested, are taken by the Argan oil producers and the oil is pressed from the undigested nut. While this procedure has been practiced for many years, there are some Argan oil producers today producing the oil without the help of goats.

It is called liquid gold by European women because of its numerous cosmetic uses. It helps protect the skin from premature aging. It is very good for the elasticity of the skin, tightening and toning it. Freshens and softens and very good for skin irritations. Gently soothes and helps reduce pain. Good for sports injuries, rheumatism, arthritis.

Avocado oil - The avocado or “alligator pear” is a tree, which is originally found in South and Central America. The fruits have a green skin and in the form of a pear. The avocado is technically a large berry with a big nut inside. It is very nutritious, has a positive effect on blood cholesterol levels, contains fibres and is full of monounsaturated fat. It is an amazing source of goodness for your skin containing a lot of minerals such as iron, potassium, calcium, sodium, copper, magnesium. It also contains vitamins A, E, B and K. The result of this is that when the avocado oil is used on skin, in particular facial skin it reaches the deepest layers of the epidermis and gives elasticity even to the driest skin.

Bees Wax - When constructing a honeycomb, bees secrete a nutrient-rich substance called beeswax, produced by the (female) worker honeybees. The wax is secreted from wax glands on the underside of the bee’s abdomen and is moulded into six-sided cells which are filled with honey, then capped with more wax. When honey is harvested, the top layer of wax that covers the cells must be removed from each hexagon-shaped cell.

In folk medicine, beeswax is used as an antiseptic to treat wounds and to remove the wax caps formed in the human ear. It is also used to treat various diseases of the ear and to improve hearing. Pure Beeswax is one of nature’s perfect products and is utilised in a variety of skin care products, improving the condition of skin. Completely non-toxic, beeswax is known for its healing properties. Non-allergic, beeswax also sustains sunscreen action with its water repellent properties, combines well with multiple ingredients, offers elasticity and provides greater permanence on skin or lip surfaces. Nearly sixty percent of beeswax production is used in cosmetics, today.

It is an excellent emollient and support for moisturisers, beeswax provides skin protective action of a non-occlusive type, bestows consistency to emulsions and oil-gels and reinforces the action of detergents. It can be used in numerous ways: it makes wonderful lip balms, hand lotions, hand creams, moisturisers. It is impervious to water and unaffected by mildew.

Dry, rough skin may benefit from the creams, lotions or soaps that contain this beeswax. When added to skin care products, beeswax acts as an emollient, drawing moisture to the skin and sealing it in. As a result, it fosters cells and protects skin from damaging environmental factors.

Beeswax also contains vitamin A, which is beneficial in softening and hydrating dry skin and in cell reconstruction.

Bentonite Clay - Bentonite Healing clays have been used by cultures throughout history for their nutrients and to help rid the body of toxins. Many animals will also turn to eating dirt and clay to help remove poisons from their systems or during times of illness or distress.

Bentonite, also referred to as Montmorillonite, is one of the most effective and powerful healing clays. Bentonite can be used externally as a clay poultice, mud pack or in the bath and, in skin care recipes. A good quality Bentonite is a grey creamy colour. It has a very fine, velveteen feel and is odourless and non-staining.

Bentonite Clay is composed of aged volcanic ash. The name comes from the largest known deposit of Bentonite Clay located in Fort Benton, Wyoming.

Bentonite Clay is a unique clay due to its ability to produce an “electrical charge” when hydrated. Upon contact with fluid, its electrical components change, giving it the ability to absorb toxins. Bentonite is known for its ability to absorb and remove toxins, heavy metals, impurities, and chemicals.

Benzoin Oil - Benzoin oil has a sweet, warm and vanilla-like aroma and is golden brown in color, with a treacle-like viscosity. This resinous oil has a great calming and uplifting effect. It helps boost circulation at the same time it boosts the skin’s elasticity, while calming redness, itchiness and irritation.

It was used In ancient civilizations , the origin being from trees growing in Java, Sumatra and Thailand which grow up to 8 meters (20 feet). Deep incisions are made in the trunk of the tree, from which the greyish coloured sap exudes. When the resinous lump becomes hard and brittle, it is collected from the bark.

The effect it has on the skin is to improve elasticity, helping cracked skin, while aiding the healing of sores and wounds and at the same time reducing redness, irritation and itching.

Benzoin oil can be used in blended massage oil or diluted in the bath to assist with general aches and pains. Poor circulation will also benefit from this oil, as well as stiff muscles. It also has a calming effect and helps to ease depression.

Blended in a cream or soap Benzoin oil is a good remedy for dry, cracked skin, cuts and wounds, as well as for acne and irritable and itching skin, while at the same time improving elasticity.

Black Pepper Oil - Black Pepper Oil comes from a Sanskrit word “pippali” meaning “long pepper. The oil obtained from the sun-dried peppercorn berry, has been used for thousands of years as a powerful healing oil to treat rheumatic pain, colds, flu, infections and viruses. It helps in the treatment of pain relief and helps maintain healthy circulation. Used in skincare formulations Black Pepper Oil is a warming, circulatory stimulant and is excellent oil for muscular pain, fatigue, and stiffness.

Bladderwrack Extract - Bladderwrack seaweed is particularly good for the skin containing natural anti-inflammatories. It is rich in iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, sulphur, silicon, iron and high in B-complex vitamins. It contains phosphorus, selenium, manganese and zinc and. It is an excellent natural source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Borage Seed Oil - Borage Seed Oil comes from a beautiful star shaped flower that ranges from bright blue to purple. It is moisturising and regenerating and can help dramatically to improve dry flaky skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis and dry lifeless skin. It is regularly used in skincare creams to help reverse the effects of aging on skin.

Camphorwood Oil - CAMPHOR is readily absorbed through the skin providing a cooling sensation Helps relieve skin itching and irritation. Also helps to control pain. Helpful with all types of inflammation, relaxes the body and mind, and gives a feeling of peace and freshness. It also stimulates blood circulation and is very good for soothing backache and muscle and joint pain, rheumatism, arthritis and sports injuries.

Carbomer - Carbomers are thickening agents that help control the viscosity and flow of skincare products. They also help distribute and suspend insoluble solids into liquid and prevent the oil and liquid parts of a solution from separating. They have the ability to absorb and retain water and can swell up to 1000 times their original volume when dispersed in water. It is used in gel-like formulation because it forms a colloidal, mucilage-like consistency when mixed in water. This ingredient is contained in a wide range of personal care products such as styling gel, facial moisturizer, sunscreen, shampoo, anti-aging treatment, eye cream, cleanser and scrubs.

Carrageen Extract - Carrageenan Seaweed is an Irish Moss Seaweed which has remarkable healing and soothing qualities. Renowned for use by people with ultra-hypersensitive skin types, eczema and psoriasis suffers in particular. Irish moss contains vitamins A, C, D, E and K, vitamins B1 and B2. It is one of the few vegetarian sources of B12. It has a high content of iodine, calcium, manganese, zinc, bromine, iron. The name is probably derived from a coastal place in Donegal called Carrageen Head.

Irish moss grows on rocks, in rock pools in the lower intertidal and shallow sub tidal zones. It is attached to the rock bed by means of a holdfast and can grow up to 150 mm in length; Irish moss is dark reddish brown in colour and often appears beautifully iridescent in sunny weather.

Chamomile Flower Extract - Chamomile for centuries has been used to maintain a calming effect on mind and body and helps with any type of inflammation. With its emollient, healing, tonic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties is very calming on dry or irritated skin and can be used to calm acne, eczema, rashes, wounds and dermatitis softening and soothing the skin.

It contains azulene which helps to reduce puffiness and cleanse pores of impurities. Chamomile in a facial steam may also be useful in relieving a tension headache and stress. Chamomile relaxes smooth muscles which help with chest tightness due to congestion.

Coconut Acid - Coconut Acid is a mixture of fatty acids derived from Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera)

Unlike other acids used in other cosmetics that quickly oxidize and turn bad, causing free radical cell damage, Coconut acid in coconut stays fresh for longer. This also means that coconut oil is packed with antioxidants, along with the medium chain fatty acids that actually help build cells rather than destroy them. This is good news for younger looking skin. Using coconut oil regularly helps build and repair skin, actually slowing down the development of wrinkles and liver spots.

Using coconut oil to moisturize skin will keep it looking supple and soft, without having to keep reapplying. This is because the skin absorbs it slowly, unlike other creams that have high water content, eventually leaving skin feeling dried out. Solid at room temperature, coconut oil gently melts as it gets rubbed into the skin and penetrates deep into the pores.

Collagen (Acacia) - Acacia Collagen has been known since the times of the ancient Egyptians, who used reportedly used it in their traditional medicines. Acacia gum is the dry, sticky exudate produced by Acacia Senegal trees, which grow in tropical and sub-tropical zones. It has an exceptional moisturising effect in that it bonds water molecules and softens the skin, forming a protective film.

Comfrey Root Extract - Comfrey Root Extract has anti-inflammatory and pain reducing abilities. It is very soothing and helps reduce swelling. It is renowned to help heal skin affected by psoriasis, eczema and itching and is said to have anti-aging effects.

Comfrey roots and leaves can provide natural healing properties for all different types of ailments because of its high Allantoin content which makes cells grow faster (a cell proliferative). The genus name for comfrey is Symphytum, which means to “” unite or knit together.”” The name com-firm means simply, “” knitting of bones.”” You can use the leaf and the root, fresh or dried. This is one of the reasons why comfrey-treated bones knit so fast, wounds mend so quickly, and burns heal with such little scarring. Comfrey is often called knit bone or healing herb.

This same substance, Allantoin, is found in the placenta of a pregnant mother which helps the baby grow rapidly. After the baby is born, Allantoin is also found in the mother’s milk — abundantly at first and less so as the child grows.

Comfrey is rich in vitamin B12, which is important to vegetarians, as very few plants have B12. It is also rich in vitamins B1, B2, C, E, A and pantothenic acid plus calcium, iron, manganese and phosphorus

Crushed Olive Stone - Crushed olive stones revitalize body’s skin; bio active ingredients mean that crushed olive stones offer natural exfoliating, helping the skin to reveal brighter and smoother. It whisks away roughness, dullness and skin stressors, purifies the body and reinvigorates the flow of healthy energy.

Cultivation of olive trees began more than 5000 years ago. In antiquity the oil was used in temples, the winners or the Olympic Games were crowned with olive leaves and olive trees farmers from Ancient Rome were not subject to military service.

Cucumber Extract - Cucumber Extract smooth’s and tones the skin it has cooling, softening and cleansing properties. Cucumber extract has a high content of minerals including potassium and sulphur. In skin care it is used as an ingredient to soften and hydrate the skin. It is especially suitable for after-sun products but also cleansing products to soften the skin.

Eucalyptus Leaf Oil - Eucalyptus Oil has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties that make it a very good healing oil. It helps relieve sore muscles, aches and pains; it is also good for fungal infections. Eucalyptus acts as an antiseptic, decongestant and expectorant. Since the leaves contain a chemical called eucalyptol, which may help loosen phlegm, it is often used to help treat cold congestion and bronchitis.

As an ingredient in Green Angel Muscular Reliever Bath Soak it has a duel action. If suffering from muscular aches and a chesty cold the Eucalyptus oil helps with the sore muscle aches and the vapour from the hot bath helps with the cold congestion.

Frankincense Oil - Frankincense Oil is referred to as precious oil. It has been considered a valuable oil since ancient times; it is also known as the holy anointing oil. It has been used by the ancient Egyptians to honour the gods. It has been valued as highly as gold and sought after by kings. It has amazing skin regenerating properties – helping to encourage the growth of new skin cells. It acts as a balancer, reducing excess dryness or oiliness. It helps to improve skin tone, texture and condition and is renowned to help to heal scars.

Geranium Oil - Geranium is very good for physical and emotional balancing. It helps to ease pain and fight infection, being a natural anti-septic and anti-depressant. It tones and tightens skin naturally resulting in firmer and younger looking skin.

With its mild, soothing and healing effects it is believed to stimulate cell regeneration and is used in the treatment of skin inflammation. Since geranium oil restores balance between oily and dry skin and scalp, it is good for all skin type and a great hair care ingredient

Ginseng Root Extract - Ginseng is an herbal preparation derived from the aromatic root of a plant of the genus Panax, which is native to East Asia. Ginseng belongs to the Araliaceae family of plants. The Latin name for the species, Panax, is derived from the Greek word panacea, which means "cure-all," or, "all-healer." Ginseng is a precious herb being one of the most expensive herbs in the world.

It has antioxidant to energy-supporting properties. Ginseng is prized as an anti-aging ingredient because it has so many phytonutrients and because it helps tone and brighten skin.

Glycerine (Vegetable) - Vegetable Glycerine is an all-natural liquid generally extracted from plant oils, in particular, soy, coconut oil, and palm oil. It is a natural humectant, when used with other natural oils and ingredients; it can seal in moisture into the top layer of skin. It can provide long-lasting moisture to the skin.

Glyceryl Oleate - Glyceryl Oleate is derived from Glycerine and Oleic Acid, fats extracted from natural vegetable oils; it is used as an emulsifier for skincare creams. It is produced from oils that contain high concentrations of oleic acid, such as olive oil, peanut oil, tea seed oil or pecan oil.

Grapefruit Oil - Grapefruit Oil. Grapefruits used to be called ‘Shaddocks’ because they were first bred in Jamaica by Captain Shaddock, but in the 1800’s they were given the name ‘Grapefruit’ because they looked like clusters of grapes on the tree. The grapefruit has a fresh and citrus-y aroma and is very uplifting to the body and mind. It has natural skin exfoliating properties and is an antioxidant that helps to renew tissue. They are a renowned for cleansing, toning and detoxifying properties. Promotes collagen production and can improve skin elasticity.

Grapeseed Oil - Grapeseed Oil is carrier oil and is extracted from the seeds of grapes. It is very lightweight oil that easily absorbs into the skin without leaving a greasy feeling. It has a number of skin benefits being rich in linoleic acid, (Omega 6), a moisturizing fatty acid important for the skin and cell membranes. Green Tea Leaf Extract - Green Tea Leaf Extract is associated with several skin benefits and is derived from leaves of Camellia Synesis. Green tea extract is naturally rich in antioxidants, which has a cell-protecting function as well. It’s a strong antioxidant effect that protects the skin from the damaging effect of free radicals. Green tea extract also contains the Methylxanthines that stimulates skin microcirculation and therefore positively influence the tone and health of the skin.

Green tea extract is a good anti-inflammatory agent thereby reducing inflammation in the skin, and most importantly having an inhibitory action on collagenase (a collagen-reducing enzyme that breaks down collagen). Juniper Oil - Juniper Berry Oil is extracted from the crushed dried berries, has a warm, smoky, peppery, aroma that was once thought to ‘cleanse the soul.’ It tones the skin and is used for acne, eczema, oily skin, and psoriasis. A natural deodorant, juniper berry oil, is used in massage oils and bath soaks to treat arthritic and rheumatic pain. Steam inhalation may relieve bronchial congestion. It is a detoxifying oil for both mind and body

Kaolin - Kaolin (China clay) is naturally occurring soft clay, first discovered at the Kao-Ling Mountain in South-East China (its very own namesake); it is a white, or off-white, hydrated aluminium silicate mined from mountains and gathered from tropical riverbeds

18th century French Jesuit missionaries sent samples of Kaolin to Europe from China to help illustrate how ceramics were made there. Kaolin was also a traditional remedy for upset stomachs in South America and is still used in intestinal medicines today for its ability to absorb water.

Lemon Oil - Lemon Oil lowers blood pressure, lifts the spirit. Helps increase immune system – stimulates white blood cells and increases ability to fight disease. Improves circulation. Good for stress, aging skin, arthritis.

A native of India, this evergreen tree grows up to about 6 meters (20 feet) and has dark green serrated oval leaves with pink/white flowers that are highly perfumed. The trees have thorns and fruit that turn from green to yellow on ripening.

The name is derived from the Arabic ‘laimun’ or the Persian ‘limun’. The tree was brought to Europe by the Crusaders in the middle Ages and the fruit has a good content of vitamins A, B and C – an ounce a day was given to sailors in the Navy to alleviate scurvy and other vitamin deficiencies.

It is very uplifting and promotes alertness. In Japan, it is used in diffusers in banks to reduce worker-error. It is very popular for perfumes

Linden Flower Extract - Linden Flower Extract is made up of active constituents such as flavonoids and glycosides. Flavonoids are potent antioxidants and glycosides are monosaccharide’s that have water-binding properties. Linden is an herb native to North America, and parts of Asia and Europe, and has traditionally been used as an herbal remedy in Europe for centuries. Because the linden flower is also a soothing aromatic, it is popular in various products for skin care.

Mandarin Oil - Mandarin received its name in China where they were given to oriental majesties who were called ‘mandarins’, to show respect. It maintains moisture balance in the skin and has anti-septic and sedative properties that are calming and good for stress and anxiety. It can improve the look of scars, stretch marks and aging skin. It helps to create harmony between body and mind.

Marjoram Sweet Oil - Marjoram Sweet Oil has a warm and calming effect. It is good for sprains, bruises, arthritis and is used as a stimulant and tonic. The plant also exhibits some antifungal activity. Marjoram has been recognised as a smooth muscle relaxant with an effect on all organ systems. It has a profoundly sedative effect and is said to relieve muscular and menstrual cramps and spasms. It warms, relieves spasm, aids digestion and lowers high blood pressure; it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous function and lowers the sympathetic function, resulting in general vaso-dilation. Most of its functions centre around this action on the autonomic nervous system

Neroli (Bitter orange) flower oil - Neroli is a precious, sensual and seductive oil. It is made from the distilled petals of the orange blossom tree and is named after Princess Nerola of Italy in the 17th century who used this oil to perfume her gloves and bath water. It was also used to soothe the nerves of Victorian brides by the placement in both the bridal head dress and in the bridal bouquet. Neroli was said to calm the newly married couple before retiring to the marriage bed. In southern Europe, Neroli flowers are still placed in bridal bouquets.

It has very potent soothing and relaxing properties, and helps relieve pain, depression, anxiety, tension and stress. The scent of Neroli is amazing and is used in many perfumes.

Orange Oil - Orange Oil helps to soothe dry, irritated skin. It helps promote the production of collagen as well as increase the blood flow to the skin. This evergreen tree has dark green leaves and white flowers and bright orange round fruit with roughish skin. The trees are native to China, but are now cultivated extensively in Southern Europe and America. The therapeutic properties of orange oil are antiseptic, anti-depressant, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory

Palm Acid Oil - Palm oil is found in shampoos, conditioners, soaps, lotions, creams, foundations and more. Used topically, as with tocopherol, tocotrienols are able to penetrate deep into the skin’s layers to enable healing and protection from the base up. Palm oil has been consumed for over 5000 years. Its health benefits are numerous, and additional benefits continue to be discovered.

Patchouli Oil - Patchouli leaves were placed between Indian cashmere shawls en route to Victorian England, to protect the merchandise from moths, and without this signature smell the shawls could not be sold in England. Patchouli has been used for snake bites, digestive conditions and to fight infection. It helps to regenerate skin cells, to heal wounds and to fade scars. Patchouli also helps to calm skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis, acne dermatitis and sunburn. Tightens tones, soothes and smooth’s skin.

Peppermint Oil - Peppermint Oil has a very cooling effect and is a refreshing stimulant. It nourishes dull skin and helps relieve anxiety, stress, and depression also being good for bruising. Peppermint is minty, strong and fresh oil with cooling, refreshing and deodorant properties. Peppermint’s cooling power comes from the high percentage of menthol in its leaves. Menthol has antibacterial properties and is used externally in liniments to stimulate nerve endings and increase local blood flow.

Peppermint leaves have been found in Egyptian pyramids dating as far back as 1000 BC. It is a good treatment eczema, dermatitis, inflammation, muscle aches and dandruff. In hair care products, peppermint refreshes and stimulates the scalp promoting blood circulation which stimulates growth. Aromatherapy properties include an uplifting, invigorating and stimulating scent helps promote concentration and memory, and relieve mental fatigue, apathy, headaches, and depression. Keep peppermint essential oil or a sliver of peppermint soap in your car when traveling, the scent of peppermint is excellent for stuffy heads, motion sickness, headaches, and nausea. Peppermint essential oil aromatherapy should not be used in early pregnancy.

Pomegranate Fruit Extract - Pomegranate Fruit Extract helps protect the outer layer of the ski, increases circulation, and aides in tissue repair and wound healing. It is good for moisturising dry, cracked, mature, and irritated skin. It soothes minor skin irritations, including dry skin, eczema, psoriasis and sunburn.

Pomegranate is high in vitamins and it contains high levels of antioxidants which help fight free radicals having three times as many antioxidants as red wine and green tea. It contains three types of polyphenols—tannins, anthocyanin’s and ellagic acid.

The name pomegranate is derived from Middle French—pomme garnete or “seeded apple.” Pomegranates are believed to have originated in Iran, known at that time as Persia. It is a fruit that is mentioned in Greek legends and ancient texts, including the Bible. Some even believe that it was a pomegranate, not an apple that was the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden.

Powdered Bladderwrack - Bladder wrack seaweed (micronized) is particularly good for the skin containing natural anti-inflammatories. It is rich in iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, sulphur, silicon, iron and high in B-complex vitamins. It contains phosphorus, selenium, manganese and zinc and. It is an excellent natural source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Having powerful properties in helping reduce excess oil production it is especially beneficial for people with oily skin types.

Sage Leaf Extract - Sage Leaf extract is a natural extract from the whole plant, leaves, flowers, stems and roots of sage plants, which are part of the mint family and native to the Balkan and Mediterranean regions. It is used as a skin-conditioning agent and fragrance ingredient in a variety of cosmetics. Sage Leaf is known to have anti-microbial properties, thought to be because of the thujone content. It can protect formulas against certain bacteria’s and fungi.

Sea Lavender Extract - Sea Lavender is a coastal plant which grows in soils with a high salt content, and has developed a resistance to harsh environmental conditions including dehydration. Sea lavender peptides are rich in polyphenol antioxidants which are known to search out and destroy free-radicals that can cause skin damage and pre-mature skin ageing.

Sea Salt - Sea salt is an unprocessed form of salt and so retains vital trace elements that humans need, such as magnesium, potassium and calcium. Swimming in the ocean clears up your skin because the minerals in the ocean work naturally with the pH balance of your skin to return it to its purest state. Toothed Wrack Extract - Toothed Wrack seaweed contains large amounts of vitamins, minerals and trace elements including Vitamin C, B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12.

It is olive-brown seaweed is found around Irish coasts. It grows densely on the seashore; each serrated, strap-like frond is about two centimetres wide and originates from a stalk, anchoring it to the seabed.

It can be used to form emulsions, barrier creams and hand creams. Crude preparations and extractions of seaweeds have been used for their medicinal properties for centuries. Seaweed is recommended as an ingredient in face masks for its revitalizing quality on the skin and for ease of application
